Admission and Withdrawal
- An application for admission should be made on the prescribed form by parents, who will be responsible for pupil's conduct, punctuality, regular attendance, progress and payment of fees. The form is available in the school office.
- School would follow the policy laid out by CISCE, New Delhi for admission. The decision of school authorities regarding admission is final.
- Withdrawal of students during the middle of academic year is not advisable. How ever if a student is to be withdrawn for reasons beyond control, the Parent / Guardian must give in writing in the prescribed form three months in advance, of their intention to withdraw the students from school or three month's fee will be charged in lieu of notice.
- For requisition of TC written application should be submitted on or before 31st December if the child is withdrawn at the end of the academic year.
- TC will be issued only after all the school dues have been fully paid.
- The management reserves to itself the right to dismiss the student who make no progress in his/her studies or whose conduct is detrimental to the orderly life of the school. Behaviour and conduct of the ward is against the discipline, culture and ethics of the school, irregular attendance, insubordination to teachers, habitual inattention to academic work, repeated damage to school property, obscenity in word or act, etc are sufficient reasons for dismissal of a student.
Medium of instruction
- SDRSchool is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi up to Class X (ICSE). English is the medium of instruction. Along with English, Tamil and Hindi can be taken either as second or third language.
Admission to KG
- The minimum age of entry to Lower Kindergarten is three years as on 1st June of the year of admission. Age for admission to the other classes will progressively correspond to the age of admission to Lower Kindergarten. No child should have completed 4 years at the time of admission to the Lower Kindergarten class.
Fee Structure
- Appropriate rate of fee will be fixed by the Trust. Rate of fee once fixed will not be revised without giving 3 months prior notice in writing to the parents. All parents will be informed of the current rate of fee at the commencement of each academic year.
- Fee details could be collected at the school office.
